1. Lock nut design

6. Butterfly plate

Online maintenance

1, PED Specification

Mid-head seal structure
Designed in accordance with ANSl B16.34 standard.
(1) The sealing ring is sealed with two O-rings inside and outside, and the groove width of the sealing ring and the wire diameter of the O-ring are calculated to meet the filling rate and elongation rate required by the design. The O-ring is made of EPDM material, which has excellent corrosion resistance,a wide operating temperature range (-40° C to 150° C),high elasticity and compression set resistance, and can still return to its original shape after long-term compression, making it suitable for dynamic sealing scenarios.
(2) The locking nut device ensures that the sealing ring and self-lubricating sleeve are correctly in the sealing box during valve operation, and will not move up and down, and also plays a role in compensating for the gap.
(3) The boot is made of PTFE and acts as a guide in the stem.
