Introduction
JO-BFE-F electric high-vacuum butterfly valve adopts a rotary electric, electronically adjustable valve drive device. Through the switch of an external power supply or an external input signal, the valve open/off or intermediate position control is realized, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting off the air flow in the vacuum pipeline.
The valve plate of the valve adopts a flange structure, which clamps the sealing ring of the valve plate, and has a fine-tuning sealing function.
The applicable working medium is air and non-corrosive gas.
