- A Sampling Valve is a type of valve used in process industries that allows taking a representative portion of a fluid ( gases, liquids, fluidized, solids, or slurries ) to test (e.g. by physical measurements, chemical analysis, microbiological examination), typically for the purposes of identification, quality control, or regulatory assessment. It is a valve used for sampling .
- The aseptic sampling valve is sealed with a PTFE diaphragm, and the valve is opened and closed by the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm. The handle quick-opening type, with spring automatic reset function, lift the handle, so that the diaphtagm head from the sealing port to open the valve sampling; put down the handle, the spring automatically close the valve.
