Introduction Of Sanitary Diaphragm Valve Diaphragm

Sanitary Diaphragm Valve is used in biopharmaceuticals, brewing, milk, beverages, steam production, food processing, water supply equipment and other industries. PTFE diaphragm: This diaphragm provides high chemical stability and longer high-temperature application life. PTFE is supported by a soft backing material, and the diaphragm includes two forms: double-piece and bonded seal.

Double-piece PTFE: For valves that need to be frequently switched, it is recommended to use a double-piece diaphragm, which can provide a longer service life than a bonded diaphragm. When the valve is in the closed position, the spherical contour of the two pieces of PTFE can reduce the deformation force on the diaphragm. This design can greatly reduce the closing force and significantly extend the service life of the diaphragm compared to the traditional two-piece diaphragm.
